Refund policy

As per Australian Consumer Law's refunds/returns will only be given on damaged or faulty goods. Change of minds, double ups or ordering the incorrect product for your task will not be refunded/returned.

Returns will only be accepted on goods that have a seal, and that seal is still in place upon return. Shipping fees for returns will be at buyer's cost.

If there is an error in your order or the goods are damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your parcel & we will be more than happy to help.
