Monarch’s Stick It Primer is your secret weapon for long-lasting retention. Designed to help create the ideal foundation before product application, Stick It Primer works by creating a tacky layer for better adhesion.
To be used after the PH Bond. Air dries.
NEW 15ml bottles - Now with gold lid to help easily distinguish between the two!!! (Silver pH Bond will become available once 10ml stock is sold out)
